Mit dieser Entwicklung haben\u00a0wir die\u00a0Instandhaltung von eingedeckten Schienensystemen revolutioniert, denn dank\u00a0der ColdHeat-Technologie k\u00f6nnen Schwei\u00dfarbeiten k\u00fcnftig schneller, g\u00fcnstiger und sicherer ausgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n<h5>Gleis-Instandsetzung mit dem ColdHeat 200<\/h5>\n<p>Anstatt abgenutzte Gleise mit hohem Aufwand auszuwechseln, k\u00f6nnen Schienensysteme durch\u00a0das neue Schwei\u00dfverfahren automatisiert instand gehalten werden. Belastende Sperrzeiten oder umfangreiche Planungen sind deshalb\u00a0nicht mehr\u00a0notwendig. Erm\u00f6glicht wird dies durch die Schwei\u00dfung mittels induktiver W\u00e4rme bis\u00a0200\u00b0C. Besch\u00e4digungen an elastischen Materialien, die sich in den\u00a0bereits eingedeckten Schienen befinden, werden so verhindert. Dar\u00fcber hinaus\u00a0werden\u00a0Schwei\u00dfparamater mit Hilfe eines\u00a0integrierten Computers aufgezeichnet. Folglich\u00a0wird die\u00a0Nachvollziehbarkeit des gesamten Schwei\u00dfprozesses gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p>\n<p>Um\u00a0die Gleisbaubranche \u00fcber die Funktionen\u00a0des Schwei\u00dfwagens zu informieren, werden wir den Wagen\u00a0vom 20.09.2016 bis zum 23.09.2016 auf der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.siemens.com\/global\/de\/home\/unternehmen\/messen-events\/innotrans.html\">InnoTrans<\/a>\u00a0in Berlin pr\u00e4sentieren.
