Mit dem Austausch der Eisenbahnbr\u00fccke Bille konnte das eingeschwei\u00dfte Team der Willke Unternehmensgruppe den Fahrgasttransport auch f\u00fcr die Zukunft auf den Punkt sicherstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf dem Streckenabschnitt zwischen Berliner Tor und dem Zielbahnhof in Aum\u00fchle wurde in einer ersten Sperrpause die Sicherung der Kabel f\u00fcr die weiteren Br\u00fcckenbauarbeiten erm\u00f6glicht. Mit einer Gleisquerung wurden diese daf\u00fcr in die neue Trasse gelegt. Doch das war nur die Vorbereitung, denn der eigentliche Einsatz folgte dann gut eineinhalb Jahre sp\u00e4ter. Innerhalb einer 19-t\u00e4gigen Sperrung der Strecke wurden alle entscheidenden Arbeiten f\u00fcr die Erneuerung der Eisenbahnbr\u00fccke erledigt. Zun\u00e4chst baute Willke die alten Gleise inkl. des alten Schotters und Bodens sowie die stabilisierenden Betonwiderlager aus. W\u00e4hrenddessen erledigten die Kollegen von Auftraggeber Z\u00fcblin die Stromschienen- und Signalbauarbeiten sowie den Aus- und Einbau der Br\u00fcckenteile. Die neuen von uns eingebrachten Kies- und Gleisschottertragschichten legten dann die Basis f\u00fcr das neue Gleis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die Besonderheit bei diesem Einsatz:<\/strong> Durch die schwer erreichbare Insellage der Baustelle konnten die Arbeitsbereiche nur \u00fcber die Gleisanlagen der S-Bahn erreicht werden. S\u00e4mtliche Baustoffe wie Schienen, Schwellen, Schotter, Kies und der ausgehobene Boden wurden daher mit Willke-Bahnwagen und -Arbeitsz\u00fcgen zum Ort des Geschehens gebracht. Gutes Teamwork, umfangreiche Planungen sowie sehr genaue Berechnungen waren notwendig, um das Projekt mit den finalen Schwei\u00dfarbeiten und der Pr\u00fcfung der Schienen erfolgreich abzuschlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die Erneuerung der Bille-Br\u00fccke in Zahlen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Abbruch von <strong>40 m<sup>3<\/sup><\/strong><sup>\u00a0 <\/sup>nicht bewehrtem Beton der alten Widerlager<\/li><li>Aus- und Einbau von <strong>225 m<\/strong> Gleisen<\/li><li>Ausbau von <strong>195 m<sup>3<\/sup><\/strong> Gleisschotter<\/li><li>Materialumschlag von <strong>240 m<sup>3<\/sup><\/strong> Boden<\/li><li>Lieferung und Einbau von <strong>1.200 Tonnen<\/strong> Kies<\/li><li>Transport und Einbau von <strong>1.094 Tonnen<\/strong> Gleisschotter<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
