Mit dieser Aufgabe ist fast die gesamte Willke-Familie betraut, die \u00fcber den Projektzeitraum ihr gesammeltes Knowhow ausspielen kann. Mit an Bord sind die Unternehmensbereiche rail construction, track service, logistics, technics sowie consulting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hintergrund der Gleisbauarbeiten sind Vorbereitungen zum geplanten, ca. 190 m langen Tunnelneubau der neuen Autobahn 26. Diese kreuzt auf H\u00f6he Moorburg die zweigleisige Hafenbahnstrecke Hausbruch-Waltershof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hierf\u00fcr f\u00fchrt Willke eine Gleisverschwenkung auf ca. 700m Strecke durch. F\u00fcr die ca. 1.500 m neuen Gleise werden dabei eine ca. 2.500 m<sup>3<\/sup> umfassende Planumsschutzschicht als Tragschicht zwischen dem Erdplanum und dem Schotterbett, sowie acht neue Weichen ben\u00f6tigt. Willke liefert dabei alle Oberbaustoffe und f\u00fchrt die Stopf-, Richt- und Schwei\u00dfarbeiten durch. Hinzu kommen mehrere Gleis-Querungen, welche in offener Bauweise unter dem Bestandsgleis hergestellt werden. Zum Schutz des Eisenbahnverkehrs w\u00e4hrend der Bauphase wird weiterhin eine 60m lange und vier Meter hohe Schutzwand errichtet. Im Zuge der vorbereitenden Arbeitsschritte findet au\u00dferdem eine Neuverkabelung der Strecke statt. Unter dem rollenden Rad entsteht so ein aufgest\u00e4ndertes Kabelgef\u00e4\u00dfsystem auf ca. 1.000m L\u00e4nge, der Ersatzneubau zweier Schalth\u00e4user, sowie eine neue Kabeltrasse entlang der Strecke. Nimmt man alle Ausr\u00fcstungsgewerke zusammen, so wird mit Unterst\u00fctzung von Bahnbau L\u00fcneburg letztendlich eine Neuverkabelung von insgesamt ca. 65km umgesetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die Besonderheit bei diesem Einsatz: <\/strong>Willke tritt mit der gesammelten Kompetenz aus verschiedenen Bereichen als Generalunternehmer auf, der nicht nur die eigenen Arbeiten und Gewerke koordiniert, sondern auch die Leistungen Dritter.
