Finally, he handed over the management to his two sons Moritz and Niklas Willke on January 1, 2015. They are supported by Torsten Basedow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So far, the inter-generational cooperation has been very constructive and productive. For this reason, both the founder&#8217;s decades of experience and the young entrepreneurial spirit of his successors will be incorporated into future decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is why an advisory board for the Willke group of companies was established at the same time as the change in the company&#8217;s top management took place. The advisory function of the board with Roger Willke as chairman is flanked by the expertise of a Berlin lawyer.
