Ziel ist es, neue Technologien schneller in die Praxis zu bringen \u2013 und Innovationen zu entwickeln, die nicht nur einzelnen Unternehmen nutzen, sondern die gesamte Branche voranbringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Mittelpunkt stehen Themen wie Produktivit\u00e4tssteigerung, Digitalisierung, Automatisierung, nachhaltige Bauprozesse und der Umgang mit dem Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel. \u00dcber die Mindbox werden gezielt internationale Start-ups identifiziert, die f\u00fcr diese Herausforderungen konkrete technologische L\u00f6sungen entwickeln. Schnell wurde deutlich: Die Herausforderung liegt nicht nur in einem weiteren digitalen Tool, sondern in einer gemeinsamen Datenlogik, die analoge Medienbr\u00fcche konsequent ersetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ab dem 1. Quartal 2026 begleitet Willke zudem zwei weitere Zukunftsthemen: die automatisierte Erstellung von BIM-Modellen aus Punktwolken sowie Automatisierungs- und Robotik-L\u00f6sungen zum Erkennen, L\u00f6sen und Anziehen von Schienenbefestigungen. Angesichts steigender Investitionen in die Schieneninfrastruktur und gleichzeitigem Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel geht es dabei nicht um Personalabbau, sondern um gezielte Entlastung durch Technologie.
