Mehr als 50.000 Z\u00fcge fahren t\u00e4glich \u00fcber das deutsche Schienennetz. Damit Personen- und G\u00fcterverkehr zuverl\u00e4ssig funktionieren, braucht es nicht nur Investitionen in die Schiene, sondern Unternehmen, die Bahninfrastruktur bauen, modernisieren und instandhalten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seit fast f\u00fcnf Jahrzehnten geh\u00f6rt Willke zu diesen Unternehmen. Was 1979 als Familienbetrieb mit zehn Mitarbeitenden begann, ist heute eine Unternehmensgruppe mit \u00fcber 600 Besch\u00e4ftigten an 15 Standorten in Deutschland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moderner Gleisbau aus einer Hand<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Im Gleisbau greifen viele Bereiche ineinander. Planung, Bau und Instandhaltung m\u00fcssen pr\u00e4zise abgestimmt werden, damit Strecken zuverl\u00e4ssig funktionieren und Bauarbeiten m\u00f6glichst ohne Einschr\u00e4nkungen des Bahnbetriebs umgesetzt werden k\u00f6nnen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Willke verfolgt deshalb einen integrierten Ansatz und b\u00fcndelt unterschiedliche Kompetenzen rund um Gleisbau und Bahninfrastruktur. Dies zeigt sich unter anderem an Projekten wie die Hamburger U-Bahnlinien U4 und U5 oder die AKN-Strecke Eidelstedt\u2013Kaltenkirchen.<\/p>\n\n\n

Pr\u00e4zision, Digitalisierung und Erfahrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Moderne Bahninfrastruktur stellt hohe Anforderungen an Pr\u00e4zision, Qualit\u00e4t und Prozesssicherheit. Willke arbeitet unter anderem nach der DIN EN ISO 3834-2 in der Schwei\u00dftechnik und setzt mit ColdHeat200 auf ein eigenes Verfahren f\u00fcr das Auftragsschwei\u00dfen von Schienen. Das Verfahren erm\u00f6glicht die Instandhaltung von Schienen und tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, ihre Nutzungsdauer zu verl\u00e4ngern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Gleichzeitig setzt Willke seit 2010 auf digitale Prozesse und standortunabh\u00e4ngige IT-L\u00f6sungen. Ziel ist es, Abl\u00e4ufe effizienter zu gestalten und mehr Zeit f\u00fcr die Arbeit auf der Baustelle zu schaffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menschen bleiben das Fundament <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Trotz moderner Technik bleibt eines entscheidend: Erfahrung. Viele Mitarbeitende sind seit Jahrzehnten Teil des Unternehmens und geben ihr Wissen weiter. Nachwuchsf\u00f6rderung, Quereinstiegsprogramme und das neue Kompetenzzentrum in Ludwigslust sollen helfen, Fachkr\u00e4fte langfristig f\u00fcr den Gleisbau in Deutschland zu gewinnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mit steigenden Investitionen in die Schiene w\u00e4chst auch die Bedeutung moderner Bahninfrastruktur. F\u00fcr Willke steht deshalb nicht schnelles Wachstum im Mittelpunkt, sondern der Ausbau bestehender Kompetenzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
