Your tasks

• Implementation of the construction procedure planning, control of the construction site personnel including NU
• Technical management of the assigned foremen and specialist workers
• Instruction of the employees in the work that needs to be carried out, in safety and technology
• Quality control of the work that is being carried out
• Monitoring and compliance with legal requirements in the areas of industrial safety, health and environmental protection

Your profile

• Completed master craftsman training or training in polishing
• Several years of work experience in track and switch construction and experience as foreman/convoy leader
• High ability to work well under pressure, assertiveness, flexibility, commitment, teamwork and mobility
• A careful working method and good organisational skills
