Working for Willke
Did you play with excavators and trains as a child as well? We turned our passion into our profession and built a successful and future-oriented family business with the Willke Group. Since we are now active throughout Europe and are constantly growing, we are always looking for additional skilled colleagues. And this is where you come in.
Career Chances
Whether it’s in our headquarters or on the track: our employees are our capital and great people need to be encouraged. Period. For this reason, every committed colleague has lots of opportunities to develop his or her career with us. For example, through further training as a welder or similar professional developments.
Heavy equipment
Not only our colleagues are putting horsepower on the track every day: Our machine park covers almost every single heavy machine needed for railway construction. And by “heavy” we really do mean heavy. Whether our own tamping machine, ballast plough, two-way excavator or our beloved locomotives – every day we work with what almost every child used to dream of.
Who we need
We are looking for people who take action. It goes without saying that our colleagues have no problem getting their hands dirty when helping to do things properly. For security reasons alone, lone wolves are of no help when it comes to these tasks – teamwork is very important to us in all areas. Especially on construction sites, we need people who are also willing to work at night and on weekends. It goes without saying that there will be days off during the week – many colleagues see those days as a great advantage.
